The year 11 students studying Spanish had the unique opportunity of visiting a Spanish restaurant in Sliema called La Vida, together with their teachers of Spanish Mrs. Borg Debattista and Mrs. Sciberras. The students tried different Spanish dishes such as la paella, la tortilla de patatas, el jamón ibérico, el pan con tomate, bocadillos con chorizo, rollitos de pimientos, churros, basque cheesecake and crema catalana. Furthermore, students were directly involved in the preparation of some tapas. This experience provided an opportunity for these students to have a taste of Spanish culture.
