🇬🇧 On Friday 16th January, our Home Economics students enjoyed a wonderful educational outing at Ta’ Lazzru Farm, where they learnt all about sustainability, farming, and the importance of fruit and vegetables.

They had a hands-on experience working in the strawberry fields, cutting strawberries and removing weeds, and later harvested fresh oranges which they enjoyed on the spot.

It was a truly enjoyable and enriching day, full of learning, teamwork and fun in nature. Well done to all our students for their enthusiasm and hard work!

🇲🇹 Nhar il-Ġimgħa 16 ta’ Jannar 2026, l-istudenti tal-Home Econmics gawdew minn ħarġa edukattiva sabiħa fir-razzett Ta’ Lazzru, fejn tgħallmu dwar is-sostenibbiltà, il-biedja, u l-importanza tal-frott u l-ħxejjex.

Huma kellhom esperjenza prattika fil-għelieqi tal-frawli, fejn qatgħu l-frawli u neħħew il-ħaxix ħażin, u aktar tard qatgħu l-larinġ frisk u kieluh fuq il-post.

Kien jum verament pjaċevoli u ta’ tagħlim, mimli esperjenzi, ħidma f’tim u gost fin-natura. Prosit lill-istudenti kollha għall-entużjażmu u l-ħidma tagħhom!
