🇬🇧 Today the final day of the Chess Tournament was played, and our school team was not in its best form as we finished in fourth place. We know we could have fought for third place and, with a bit of luck, we could even have finished in second place, because against St Michael’s (the second team) we ended in a 2–2 draw.

Still, we finished as the best among the state schools, as we beat the team from Ta’ Paris who finished in sixth place. Well done to everyone who took part! 👊

🇲🇹 Hekk kif illum inlgħabet il-ġurnata finali tat-Turnament tac-Chess, it-tim tal-iskola ma kienx fl-aqwa forma tiegħu u spiċċajna fir-raba’ post. Nafu li stajna iġġilidna għat-tielet post u bi ftit fortuna stajna anke spiċċajna fit-tieni post, għaliex ma’ St Micheals (it-tieni tim) spiċċajna 2-2.

Xorta spiċċajna l-aqwa fost l-iskejjel tal-gvern hekk kif irbaħna lit-tim ta’ Ta’ Paris li spiċċaw is-sitt post. Prosit lil kull min ħa sehem! 👊
